Loftly is a marketing content generation tool for licensed real estate professionals. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use and ensuring it complies with applicable laws including Fair Housing regulations.
You retain ownership of listing data and photos you upload. By uploading content you grant Loftly a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your marketing package.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was in error.
Loftly is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
