Loftly collects only what is needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
Account information (name, email, phone, website), listing data and photos you upload, and usage data to maintain and improve the service.
To generate your marketing content, send transactional emails, process payments, and improve the product. Your listing data and photos are passed to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) solely to generate your requested output and are not used to train their models under our agreements.
We use Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (image storage), Resend (email), and PostHog (analytics). Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us — we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.
